telling a story.png

Theatre reaches its fullest potential only when created in an environment of respect and collaboration. My mission at the start of any project is to provide the production team and cast with a clear vision of the story we are telling and why it matters. From there, I dedicate myself to empowering my team in realizing that vision.

I believe a director should not dictate but serve as a conduit—guiding artists to hone their craft while fostering an environment that is both safe and inspiring. Growth should come not from stress, but from the reassurance and support of a dedicated ensemble. Theatre thrives when every voice in the room is heard, when everyone can create and dream with full vulnerability and without fear. That is when true magic happens on stage.

At the heart of my approach is a deep commitment to character motivation. I strive to ensure that every individual story is told with authenticity and purpose, shaping stage movement and imagery that feel both organic and compelling. By crafting moments that are motivated and intentional, I invite the audience into the world of the play, allowing them to connect with its emotional core.
